Requirements

Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred
Ability to operate POS systems, specifically Toast POS, is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
Knowledge of food service operations and menu items
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members

Responsibilities

Operate the Toast POS system efficiently and accurately to process orders and payments
Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions and make recommendations
Assist with bringing food to tables and ensuring timely service
Clean tables, floors, and dining areas as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
Learn and assist with order expo for both in-house and takeout orders
Communicate effectively with guests, cooks, and team members to ensure smooth operations
Adhere to personal appearance and uniform standards
Demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness in all interactions
Attend scheduled shifts reliably and maintain good attendance
