Requirements

• Must be able to understand & communicate using basic English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service or other relevant customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and cashier stations
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
