About The Position

Summary: The Concessions Cashier is responsible for being able to accurately ring up and sell product in an efficient manner. The Cashier should be comfortable approaching guests to offer services and sell products. In addition, the Cashier must be willing to help fellow co-workers’ complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handles cash and card transactions using the Point of Sales system.
• Responds to guest’s needs and requests, effectively using suggestive and upselling techniques, and maintains service areas.
• Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
• Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing.
• Responds to guest needs and requests.
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
• Follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines.
• Responsible for maintaining the stand sheet with inventory responsibilities.
• Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
• Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities.
• Communicates guest issues to management.
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
• Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
