About The Position

Under the supervision of the Pool Bar Supervisor and Pool Bar Manager, the incumbent settles checks for non-gaming revenue presented as payment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures. Enters guest checks in the computer system, applies monies received and makes accurate change. Verifies room charges, processes credit card payments, batches "tip" slips for server gratuities. May enter individual menu items into the computer system depending on outlet assigned. Collects and forwards to Beach Club Supervisor or Manager on a daily basis all unused comps and coupons. Maintains current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures including precheck and cashiering procedures. Ensures guest satisfaction with effective communication, customer assistance, direction, and information provided within company policies and guidelines. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations. Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication. Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations. Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • six (6) months cashiering/money handling experience in making accurate change in a fast-paced environment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
