Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Take and process orders accurately using our POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front-of-house area
• Communicate clearly with other team members to ensure smooth service
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
• Help manage flow during busy periods and keep lines moving
• Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and availability
• Support overall shop operations as needed
