About The Position

As a Border Foods Team Member, you help feed customers with great-tasting food and provide service that encourages them to return. You represent the brand in your work and contribute to a team environment focused on making lives better. Morning and daytime availability is sought; exact shifts vary by restaurant, with scheduling options based on each location’s needs. Team Members may prepare food ingredients, assemble and package orders, check order accuracy, greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and maintain clean and safe work and dining environments. They are expected to know menu items and promotions and to prioritize safety, service, cleaning, and stocking. Duties may change, and this description is not all-inclusive.

Responsibilities

Prepare food ingredients.
Assemble food orders, check that orders are correct, and package products.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions.
Greet customers in the restaurant, take orders, handle payments, and thank customers.
Maintain a clean and safe working and dining environment.
Follow the priority sequence of safety, service, cleaning, and stocking.
