About The Position

Provide customer service to in-store customers including point of sale transactions, range traffic, membership support and class bookings.

Requirements

• Customer service experience required
• Able to lift 50 pounds while standing
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to type on a computer for long periods of time

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the orderly check-in of customers in and out of the range.
• Handling inbound phone calls and reservation coordination with the lanes.
• Accurate accounting of different forms of tender.
• Ensuring customers entering the range have the proper safety equipment.
• Supporting customers with general questions about the range, pricing, and basic offerings of the business.
• Regular ammunition counts of range ammunition.
• Class signups.
• Other duties as assigned.
