About The Position

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in providing excellent guest service. Team members will be cross-trained in multiple areas including cashiering, beverage preparation, bread packaging, and bakery display maintenance.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Flexible schedule, including morning, evening, and closing shifts.
Reliable transportation to and from work.

Previous customer service, retail, café, restaurant, or bakery experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at all times.
Operate the POS system accurately for customer transactions.
Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and other menu drinks according to company standards.
Package breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products with care and attention to presentation.
Stock and maintain baker displays, ensuring products are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor product quality, freshness, and cleanliness throughout the store.
Maintain awareness of customer needs and assist guests promptly.
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company operational standards.
Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily operational tasks.
Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
