About The Position
LV Petroleum is a fast-growing company in the fuel and convenience services sector, dedicated to providing the best customer experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Cashiers to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service at our locations. As a Cashier, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, assisting customers with their inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
- Proficient math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Must be dependable and flexible, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A friendly and engaging demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in cashiering or customer service is desirable, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the cashier area and surrounding space tidy and presentable for customers.
- Stay informed about promotions and product offerings to provide information to customers as needed.
- Work with fellow team members to enhance service efficiency and operational productivity.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and restock items as needed.
