About The Position

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Freehold is looking for enthusiastic Cashiers / Team Members to join their team. As a Cashier, you’ll be one of the first team members our guests interact with. You’ll play an important role in creating the fun, welcoming atmosphere Freddy’s is known for while providing excellent hospitality and ensuring every guest has a great experience. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a positive team environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Provide outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate the cash register and process customer payments
• Answer questions about menu items and assist guests with their selections
• Prepare and serve food and frozen custard according to Freddy’s standards
• Keep the dining room, counter, and work areas clean and organized
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
• Work closely with other team members to provide fast and friendly service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Help ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of Freddy’s
