About The Position

This is a part-time Cashier position at the Northfield Cenex location. The role involves selling, distributing, and marketing store items and products to optimize cooperative efficiency, assist in achieving the cooperative's mission and goals, and provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.

Requirements

• Excellent cash handling skills
• Be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Be able to stand for a long period of time, bend, kneel, and have good finger and wrist dexterity

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in setting and helping achieve monthly sales goals
• Follow all Allied Cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures
• Handle complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
• Assist in checking in product deliveries and maintaining stock of products
• Operate a cash till and be able to balance cash drawers
• Ensure that the facility and equipment remains in good repair and appearance
• Maintain a clean and orderly store
• All other duties assigned by manager
