About The Position

This is a part-time Cashier position at Fairchild Cenex. The role involves selling, distributing, and marketing store items and products to optimize efficiency, assist in achieving the cooperative's mission and goals, and provide outstanding customer service. The position requires maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork and adherence to all company policies.

Requirements

• Excellent cash handling skills
• Be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Be able to stand for a long period of time, bend, kneel, and have good finger and wrist dexterity

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in setting and helping achieve monthly sales goals
• Follow all Allied Cooperative, federal, and state policies and procedures
• Handle complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
• Assist in checking in product deliveries and maintaining stock of products
• Operate a cash till and be able to balance cash drawers
• Ensure that the facility and equipment remains in good repair and appearance
• Maintain a clean and orderly store
• All other duties assigned by manager
