Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments with integrity and attention to detail
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues promptly
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security
- Answer phone calls and set appointments for service department
- Filing of Accounting documents on a needed basis weekly
