About The Position
Wings ‘N More is hiring a Cashier for WNM Express - Villa Maria in Bryan, Texas. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service while serving freshly prepared food. The cashier greets guests, handles orders and payments, uses the POS/register system, fills beverage orders, and maintains cleanliness and supplies in the counter, dining room, exterior, and bathrooms.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests.
- Handle orders and inquiries.
- Ring in all sales through the POS/register system.
- Ask guests about add-on sales.
- Collect payment.
- Verify the age of guests requesting beer or wine and fill beverage orders.
- Resolve low-level customer issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Keep the counter clean and stocked.
- Clean tables, chairs, doors, windows, and the dining room floor.
- Maintain the front trash can, clean the exterior, and empty trash cans.
- Clean and stock bathrooms.
