Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process payments for vehicle purchases, service repairs, parts, and other transactions
- Accurately handle cash, checks, credit cards, and financing paperwork
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of customer information
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and coworkers
- Support dealership processes with attention to detail and urgency
