The Cashier is responsible for the accurate handling of restaurant financial transactions. This position ensures prompt and courteous service to all restaurant guests, as well as ensuring that all monies received are counted, documented, and properly prepared for deposit. The Cash Out office may also be responsible for acting as the “Cafe Receptionist”. This added duty will be determined by the GM/DO. This job description reflects the position’s essential functions; it does not encompass all of the tasks that may be assigned.
