About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, our guest services representatives sweeten up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• A passion for baking and cakes is a plus.
