Requirements

Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
High Level of energy with strong customer service skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent customer service

Responsibilities

Running the cash register while providing a warm and courteous experience for our customers.
Welcoming customers, answering questions, helping to locate items or a specialist for their needs, and providing recommendations when necessary.
Operating scanners, cash register, and other electronics.
Balancing the cash register and generating reports for management/daily use.
Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
Bagging purchases to ensure safe transport, offer to carry large items to customer’s vehicle.
Following all store procedures regarding coupons and gift cards.
Maintaining a clean work space.
Other duties as assigned by management.
