About The Position

This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, accurately handling transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role requires efficient and accurate operation of the cash register, minimal cash variances, and knowledge of cash reporting techniques. Additionally, the position involves filling propane tanks and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of cash handling experience required.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic is required.
• Must be willing to work varied shifts, holidays, and/or weekends.
• Must be knowledgeable of cash reporting techniques.
• Must be able to fill propane tanks.
• Must pass a basic math test.
• Must have a current AZ driver’s license.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds.
• Must be 21 or older.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by maintaining the We-Ko-Pa Way: Smile and Greet, Name and Meet, Thank you and Goodbye.
• Serve customers and receive cash or credit in payment for goods purchased.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Accurately receive money and give change to customers.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean.
• Keep cash variances to an absolute minimum.
• Fill propane tanks.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
