About The Position

LV Petroleum is now hiring Cashiers and Shift Leads for all shifts at our convenience store and travel center locations! We are looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a strong team. Whether you are looking for an entry-level opportunity or a leadership role, we have full-time and part-time positions available. As a Cashier or Shift Lead, you will help provide excellent customer service while supporting daily store operations. Team members will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain cleanliness, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for guests throughout every shift.

Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Previous retail, food service, cashier, or leadership experience is a plus
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays preferred

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked store environment
Assist with stocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
Support smooth daily operations while working with team members
Maintain awareness of store safety and security procedures
Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity and operational efficiency
Assist with cash handling, shift accountability, and daily operations
Help train and support team members
Ensure store cleanliness, customer service, and company standards are maintained
Assist management with opening, closing, and shift procedures
