About The Position
LV Petroleum operates a chain of travel centers that includes a variety of food services, fueling options, and guest amenities. We are seeking Travel Center Team Members at our travel center to enhance our customer service team at our travel center locations. If you're a people person with a knack for excellent service, this role could be a great fit for you! As Travel Center Team Member at LV Petroleum, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer transactions while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and cash handling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Must be reliable and flexible, with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Energetic and positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist with their purchases, and answer questions regarding products and promotions.
- Accurately process cash, debit, and credit transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the cashier and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery and a smooth checkout experience.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking as needed.
