The Service Center Clerk is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and accurate customer service at the front-end service desk. This includes handling returns and refunds, assisting with money services, managing rentals and special orders, and addressing a variety of customer needs. The clerk serves as a key communication point for the store, including paging, answering phones, and coordinating with other departments as needed. There is potential for promotion to our Cash Office.
