About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Server to join the team. The Server is the face of the restaurant and plays an integral role in customers’ dining experience. The role involves building rapport with customers, answering menu questions, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and attentive to detail.
Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays.
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a server is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from customers.
- Answer questions about the menu and food preparation.
- Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff.
- Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied.
- Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment.
