About The Position
Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will assist customers with retail sales transactions and services. You will report to the Store Manager. Location : Durant Schedule : Regular/Part-Time - M-F, 9:00am-4:00pm Pay : $13.53/hr Wage access is an option for this position.
Requirements
- Prior retail cashier experience
- Good customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of mathematics
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers.
- Stock and price items and arrange displays.
- Ring up customers and verify customer identification when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gift shop and storage areas.
- Maintain accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms and transaction reconciliations.
- Make bank deposits.
- Use computers to enter, access or retrieve data.
- Maintain security according to departmental procedures to protect from theft and damage.
- Perform merchandise inventory and re-order when needed.
- Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
