Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Friendly, patient, and approachable personality
- High level of honesty and dependability
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
- Operating a cash register and processing transactions accurately
- Handling cash and maintaining register accuracy
- Assisting customers with purchases and product questions
- Stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise
- Preparing coffee and maintaining beverage areas
- Cleaning and organizing store areas
- Following company policies and safety procedures
- Supporting other store operations and completing additional tasks as assigned
