About The Position

Raceway Kia Freehold, a top automotive dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. This role requires a friendly and organized individual with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and connecting them with the appropriate department.
• Process payments for vehicle purchases, service transactions, and parts sales, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects the dealership's professional image.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.
• Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks and customer interactions.
