About The Position

The Cashier / Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for all dealership guests and incoming calls. This role ensures every customer is greeted professionally, directed to the correct department, and assisted in a timely and friendly manner. This position plays a key role in supporting both the sales and service departments by maintaining smooth front desk operations, assisting with appointment coordination, and providing general administrative support. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-moving automotive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming dealership phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist all customers and visitors upon arrival
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Notify team members when customers are waiting
  • Introduce customers to sales or service personnel as needed
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming sales and service appointments
  • Process basic cashiering duties as needed in service and sales departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Type memos, correspondence, and basic dealership documents
  • Support administrative tasks across departments as assigned
  • Work cooperatively with all dealership staff to ensure excellent customer experience
