About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Cashier–Receptionist who embodies professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for exceptional customer service. In this highly visible role, you will serve as both a welcoming presence and a trusted point of contact for our valued clients. From greeting guests to processing transactions with precision, your ability to provide a seamless, elevated experience is essential to maintaining the Audi standard of excellence. Previous accounting and/or cashier experience preferred.

Requirements

Cashier and/or accounting experience
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with financial transactions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask gracefully
A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies

Nice To Haves

Cash handling experience preferred
Automotive or luxury retail experience a plus
Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds, Excel, or accounting systems is advantageous, though training will be provided

Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients in person and over the phone
Accurately process payments for vehicle sales and service transactions with the utmost attention to detail
Maintain balanced cash handling and ensure financial accuracy at all times
Enter transaction data into accounting systems with care and precision
Support a refined front-office environment through organization and administrative assistance
Contribute to a calm, efficient, and client-focused atmosphere
