Requirements

Previous receptionist, cashier, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working with computers, multi-line phone systems, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
Process customer payments accurately and balance the cash drawer daily.
Assist customers with service and sales inquiries by directing them to the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Provide administrative support to the Sales, Service, and Accounting teams as needed.
Handle customer questions with professionalism while delivering the luxury experience expected at Audi.
Represent The Hanania Way by providing exceptional customer service in every interaction.
