About The Position
Knox Pizza Co, LLC, doing business as Domino's, is hiring customer service representatives for cashier and pizza-making work. Team members help customers by taking phone orders, completing pickup orders, and delivering orders to customers' cars or doors. They learn to prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products quickly while creating positive customer experiences. Delivery duties apply to team members who deliver: transporting products by car and to customers' doors, distributing flyers and door hangers, and navigating a designated delivery area. The work involves frequent standing and hand use, bending, reaching, and, for delivery, carrying products, walking, climbing stairs, and driving in varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Pass a background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently reside near the store location.
- For delivery duties: valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- For delivery duties: access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- For delivery duties: navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
- For delivery duties: ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
- Ability to meet the physical demands described, including frequent reaching and hand use, bending, and, for delivery, carrying, walking, climbing, and driving.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by taking orders over the phone, completing pickup orders, and delivering orders to customers' cars or doors.
- Prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products quickly.
- For delivery assignments, deliver products by car to customers' doors and distribute flyers and door hangers.
- For delivery assignments, navigate the designated delivery area and travel between the store, vehicle, and customer locations.
- Perform food-preparation and store tasks involving stocking ingredients, cleaning work areas, washing dishes, and assembling pizza boxes.
