About The Position
Knox Pizza Co, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring customer service representatives for its growing team. Team members help create positive customer experiences by taking orders over the phone, completing pickup orders, and delivering orders to customers’ cars or doors. They learn to prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products quickly. Delivery duties apply where assigned and require a valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and safe driving qualifications.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Pass a background check.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Currently reside near the store location.
- For delivery duties: valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- For delivery duties: access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- For delivery duties: navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the delivery area.
- For delivery duties: ability to navigate varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
- For delivery duties: far vision and night vision for driving.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders over the phone.
- Complete orders for customers picking up their food.
- Deliver orders to customers’ cars or doors, where assigned.
- Prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products quickly.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers, where assigned.
- Stock ingredients and shelves and clean work areas.
