About The Position

Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a customer service representative to help customers in-store and by phone. The role includes taking orders, completing pickup orders, and bringing orders to customers’ cars. Team members are trained to prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products quickly. The position is scheduled for nights, starting between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and ending between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., three to four nights per week. The job may be full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude.

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Pass a background check.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Currently reside near the store location.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders over the phone.
• Complete customer orders when they pick them up.
• Take customers’ orders to their cars.
• Learn to prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products quickly.
• Provide positive customer experiences.
