Responsible for creating a warm and inviting service experience by receiving payment in the form of cash, checks, and credit cards from customers and/or employees in exchange for goods or services. The primary accountability is to ensure the guest experience is optimal. This role involves greeting guests courteously, accurately handling transactions, operating a cash register, verifying customer information, and maintaining knowledge of products and health code regulations. The position also requires taking vegetable orders, managing the order progression, maintaining portion control, and ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the serving line.
