Responsible for receiving payments and issuing receipts, gift-wrapping packages and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Customer Service Experience 1-2 years required
• Money Management Experience 1-2 years required
• Familiarity with cash registers, credit/debit card transactions and money management.
• Good math skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.
