Responsible for the seating of customers, taking reservations, all cashiering and filling of orders. This role involves greeting customers, making decisions about seating large groups, directing dining room personnel, and ensuring customer needs and special requests (including for children, individuals with disabilities, or food allergies) are met. The position also includes fulfilling payment for restaurant checks, adhering to cash handling procedures, maintaining a clean and organized station, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory controls, specifically the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
