About The Position

We are searching for a friendly and professional cashier to join our fast-paced team. As the first point of contact, you will greet and assist customers as they enter Michael Patrick’s. In this position, delivering outstanding customer service will be your main objective. Additional responsibilities include processing food orders, cleaning public spaces, and packaging orders. The ideal candidate will be friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Able to obtain state gaming licenses and Alcohol Beverage Control Card (where required).

Nice To Haves

• Six months’ experience in Dining Room operations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
• Handle cash payments, comps, and credit card payment accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Clean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, silverware, and beverages.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders
• Other work assigned.
• Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
• Help kitchen staff when needed.
