Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome each guest with a warm smile
  • Handle guest transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier station
  • Assist guests with their needs and escalate issues to a manager when necessary
  • Clear and bus tables promptly after guests leave
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift
  • Thank guests as they leave to ensure a positive experience
  • Learn and assist with food expo, ensuring food quality standards are met
  • Identify and report any food that does not meet quality standards to a manager
  • Engage with guests at each table, providing attentive service
  • Pre-bus tables to prepare for new guests
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow uniform standards consistently each shift
  • Take and accept feedback professionally, using it as an opportunity for growth
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors or managers regarding any issues or concerns
  • Commit to adhering to the weekly schedule and punctuality
