Provides service to guests by greeting guests and operating our point of sale system. This role involves providing service excellence by acknowledging and welcoming guests, promptly entering information into the POS system, collecting and processing payment, taking food and beverage orders, responding to guest requests, and delivering purchased food items. The position also ensures responsible alcohol beverage service policies are followed, promotes guest relations through menu knowledge and promotional information, and handles accounting of transactions by managing cash, processing payments, and balancing the money drawer. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and stock of concession counter areas.
