About The Position

This position is responsible for processing transactions quickly and accurately, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of checkout areas. The role also ensures compliance with sanitation and health safety standards, supports other dining service operations, and assists in monitoring inventory. This is an entry-level role within the Operations, Administrative, Service, or Technical Support Level 1, involving routine tasks performed under close supervision.

Requirements

Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point of sale systems
Skill in delivering exceptional customer service
Skill in time management, organization, and multi-tasking in high volume environments
Skill in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
High School diploma or GED
No experience required
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Processes transactions quickly and accurately, following established cash handling procedures
Provides excellent service in a friendly, sincere, and courteous manner
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the checkout areas
Ensures compliance with all sanitation and health safety standards at the point of sale
Supports other dining service operations as needed to ensure an efficient workflow
Assists in monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies or needs to management to ensure all necessary supplies are available for operations
Other duties as assigned
