About The Position

Dandy is searching for TEAM Members who are ready to grow their own skill sets and provide amazing customer service for guests in all areas of their Dandy experience. This role involves working as a TEAM to provide excellent customer service, completing retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently, preparing and serving quality food and beverage items while following proper food safety and food preparation procedures, and restocking products and maintaining a clean and tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas. Dandy is family-owned and community-driven, offering opportunities for advancement and growth, with over 70% of store leadership promoted from within.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds of weight, and occasional lifting of 50 pounds of weight.
• Open Availability.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, cashier, food preparation, or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a TEAM to provide excellent customer service for all guests.
• Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverage items while following proper food safety and food preparation procedures.
• Restock products and maintain a clean and tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
