About The Position
Dandy is hiring a Team Member (Clerk/Cashier) at its convenience store in East Smithfield, Pennsylvania. Team Members work together to provide excellent customer service, complete accurate and efficient retail sales and register transactions, prepare and serve food and beverages according to food safety and preparation procedures, and restock products while keeping the store and work areas clean and tidy. Other duties may be assigned. The listed starting rate is $13.75 per hour, with weekly pay. Dandy describes the role as an opportunity to build skills and grow within the company. Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Be able to stand for extended periods.
- Be able to bend, reach, and frequently lift 10–20 pounds.
- Be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, cashier, food preparation, or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items while following food safety and preparation procedures.
- Restock products and maintain a clean, tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
