About The Position

This position is responsible for the operation of an assigned window, which includes currency exchanges, jackpot payouts, and the redemption of chips, gaming vouchers, coupons, and comps. The role requires inspiring others with clear direction, demonstrating high commitment and energy, and consistently providing superior customer service while acting as a positive role model. Key aspects include conveying positive energy, continuously improving service based on guest feedback and data, and effectively communicating service breakdowns and team plans. The supervisor will also develop employees, set and enforce service standards, hold employees accountable, and communicate company expectations including the Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, department goals, and business strategy. Responsibilities extend to addressing employee performance issues, coaching for improvement, providing ongoing feedback, utilizing EOS data to enhance the workplace, listening to and responding to employees, and recognizing individual and team performance. The role also involves consistently following company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, maintaining accurate employee records, completing performance reviews timely, and fostering an atmosphere of luck. Responsibilities

  • Convey positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on the guest interaction.
  • Continuously improve service by evaluating service breakdowns using guest feedback, data and behavior.
  • Communicate service breakdowns and team plans in buzz sessions and facilitate opportunity-seeking meetings to consistently involve all team members in service improvements.
  • Immediately address service breakdowns and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Keep team well informed of property promotions and events.
  • Develop highly skilled, successful employees, set realistic and measurable service standards and hold employees accountable for meeting them.
  • Clearly communicate and enforce company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, department goals and business strategy.
  • Address employee performance issues, coach for improvement and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Use EOS data to improve the workplace, listen and respond to employees, recognize and reward individual and team performance.
