About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining service standards to ensure superior guest service. The Cashier - Cage will handle cash transactions, including issuing fills and credits for table games and slot jackpots, cashing checks, and processing markers for approved credit players. The position also requires adherence to federal cash reporting requirements and all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures. Knowledge of promotions and events is also necessary, along with performing other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a service standard that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members
• Count all cash drawer currency prior to performing any cash transactions
• Issue fills and credits for table games / Jackpots for Slot Department
• Cash checks, process Markers for approved credit players upon proper identification
• Follows federal cash reporting requirements.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
