About The Position

Reporting to the Casino Operations Controller, the Cage Manager directs the cashiering area in a manner that safeguards the assets of the company. This position interacts extensively with Guests as well as Collections, Cashier and Regulatory Compliance Departments as well as with Casino Hosts, and Total Rewards personnel.

Requirements

• Must be able to manage and direct the day-to-day operations of Cage including safeguarding assets.
• Must be able to guide and instruct Cage Team Members in the proper performance of their duties.
• Must be able to plan, develop, and implement revised procedures to improve the efficiency and profitability of assigned areas.
• Must be able to manage cashiering variance policy and subsequent disciplinary measures.
• Must be able to provide labor analysis and ensure efficient utilization based upon business needs.
• Must be able to integrate customer satisfaction strategy through anticipation of customer needs and service offerings.
• Must be able to ensure training and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Must be able to oversee and/or personally gather all information required to establish, update, and perform periodic review of casino check cashing accounts.
• Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.
