About The Position

Smallcakes Cupcakery serves delicious cupcakes and treats. We provide a fun and stress-free work environment with customers who are always happy to experience our treats. We are looking for Cashiers / Bakery Assistants to join both of our locations, in Smyrna (4624 Camp Highland Rd SE, Smyrna, GA 30082) and in West Cobb (3718 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA 30064).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in the food services industry
• Great attention to detail
• MUST be 18 yrs or older, with flexibility in schedule
• Must have ability to work some of the following shifts: Monday - Saturday 9:30AM-4:30PM, Monday - Thursday 4:30-8:30PM, Friday - Saturday 4:30-9:30PM, Sunday 11:30-5:30PM
• Must have reliable transportation
• Willing to be the sole employee in the store at times

Responsibilities

• Greet and take personal interest in customers
• Operate POS system
• Answer phone inquiries
• Assemble cupcake boxes and packages
• Clean and sanitize service area and all high touch points frequently
• Highlight signature and special daily flavors
• Promote novelty products
• Assist with marketing and encourage customer loyalty involvement
• Provide an overall exceptional customer experience
