About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier and Office Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dealership experience is a plus. Hours: 8-4 Monday-Thursday, Friday 10-6, alternate Saturdays 8-5 with Friday off. Looks like this- (M-Th, Sat) then (M-F) and rotate like this.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a cashier or admin role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process deals to appropriate areas
  • Payoff checks to Banks
  • Daily cash deposit
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Data entry, invoices
  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts
  • Balance cash drawer
  • Close out Service repair orders and Parts tickets
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions
