Requirements

• Previous cashier, customer service, administrative, or office support experience required
• Strong 10-key and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Dependable with excellent attendance

Nice To Haves

• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Balance cash drawer and assist with daily cash handling procedures
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties
• Answer phones, greet customers, and direct inquiries appropriately
• Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, and record maintenance
• Support accounting functions, including accounts receivable tasks as needed
• Enter data accurately using 10-key by touch
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Assist with other office support duties as assigned
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
