Supervise and Mentor Payment Posting Staff, Monitor Productivity and Accuracy Metrics, and Manage staffing schedules and workload distribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education)
- Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- 2 years of prior supervisor, leadership experience managing conflict and performance management
- Experience with Healthcare Reconciliation
- Excellent Communication Skills
