About The Position
Cash Depot is hiring a Cash Operations Technician to manage cash operations and perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment throughout an assigned territory. The role combines customer service, cash management, route operations, and basic equipment troubleshooting. Technicians work independently, manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision, and communicate with customers, dispatch, operations teams, and technical support. The position is listed at $24.00–$25.00 per hour and offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week, paid drive time, and a four-day schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. A company vehicle, paid training, stable year-round work, advancement opportunities, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus are also offered.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Replenish ATM cash inventories.
- Perform ATM and Smart Safe cash pulls.
- Deliver coin orders and process deposits.
- Follow cash-handling and security procedures.
- Complete route assignments accurately and efficiently.
- Clear ATM jams and replenish receipt paper.
- Perform machine diagnostics, reboot equipment, and install software updates.
- Escalate advanced equipment issues to the technical support team.
- Build strong customer relationships and respond professionally to customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
