About The Position

Mauch Chunk Trust Company is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Cash Management Specialist. This position plays a key role in growing our business banking relationships by promoting, implementing, and supporting the Bank's treasury management, cash management, and digital banking solutions. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years of business-to-business sales, business banking, relationship management, or similar experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

Portfolio or account management experience is preferred.
Banking, treasury management, or financial services experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with business customers through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
Promote and cross-sell cash management, treasury management, and digital banking products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and training for business clients.
Partner with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Serve as the primary contact for business clients utilizing digital banking services.
Investigate and resolve customer service and technical issues in a timely manner.
Manage sales reporting, documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative responsibilities.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience while supporting the Bank's growth objectives.
